You can negotiate the refund of an item purchased by contacting the seller/vendor directly from their online shop on the platform site. The seller/vendor will take you through their return or refund process. Each seller may have a different approach to handling these matters.  We aim to have all concerns raised resolved amicably.

The Company will have no liability or obligation to you if a vendor cancels an order at any time after they have accepted your order, and or the order has already been dispatched, you will not be entitled to any compensation from the Company.

If you wish to cancel an order before the vendor has prepared it, you must contact the vendor directly and you may be charged a cancellation fee at the Company's discretion.

If the Company decides to investigate your cancellation, you must provide assistance and information to the Company as reasonably requested.
